Synopsis

- huge pulmonary chondroid hamartoma with multilocular cysts
- large multilocular cystic mass
- thin-walled, variable-sized cysts
- areas of solid cartilaginous small nodules in the interstitium
- no connection with bronchus or vessel
- cysts and cleft-like spaces lined by ciliated columnar epithelium
- solid components composed of cartilage, myxohyalinized connective tissue, and adipose tissue
- foci of calcification within the sclerotic stroma
