The histone acetyltransferase MORF (10q22) is the monocytic leukemia zinc finger protein-related factor or MYST4.
MORF is a member of the MYST family of histone acetyltransferase. Its role in tumors suggests a role for this histone acetyltransferase in altered chromatin regulation.
Pathology
acute myeloid leukemia: fusion gene formation in MORF/CREBBP in with the t(10;16)(q22;p13) (10q22 and 16p13) (11157802)
