tubular endosomal network

A subset of intracellular transmembrane proteins such as acid-hydrolase receptors, processing peptidases and SNAREs, as well as extracellular protein toxins such as Shiga toxin and ricin, undergoes ?retrograde? transport from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network.
