Benign tumor of eccrine origin

Clinical info:

Usually multiple small discrete white or yellow papules (1-4 mm diameter) located upper cheeks, below eyelids, genitalia, and thighs. Plaquelike, milialike, linear, and eruptive variants.

Differential:

morpheaform basal cell carcinoma, desmoplastic trichoepithelioma, microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC)
