uneven expansion pattern
focal alveolar hemorrhage
focal alveolar edema (alveolar fluid in alveoli)
hyaline membranes along terminal bronchioles, respiratory bronchioles and alveolar ducts
- yellow hyalin membranes if uncongugated hyperbilirubinemia and icterus
