CLINICAL SUBTYPES:
fibrous papule (located on face, especially the nose)
adenoma sebaceum (manifestation of tuberous sclerosis)
pearly penile papules (located on glans penis)
HISTOPATHOLOGY:
note the thin walled blood vessels and the factor XIIIa+ stellate fibroblasts with occassional ganglion-like appearance
