NSAID fetopathy (in utero exposure)
- oligohydramnios
- bleeding diathesis
- ileal perforation
- premature closure of the ductus
- acute or chronic renal injury
- renal tubular dysgenesis
- renal structural abnormalities
- uncertain or incomplete tubular differentiation with immature tubule
