Pathology

- NSAID fetopathy (in utero exposure)

  • oligohydramnios
  • bleeding diathesis
  • ileal perforation
  • premature closure of the ductus
  • acute or chronic renal injury
  • renal tubular dysgenesis
  • renal structural abnormalities
  • uncertain or incomplete tubular differentiation with immature tubule
