CAPMM is co-directed by Lance Liotta, former Chief of the Laboratory of Pathology at the National Cancer Institute and Emanuel Petricoin III, formerly the senior investigator in the Office of Cell Tissue and Gene Therapies at the FDA.
Research in the Center focuses on the discovery of biomarkers for early disease detection and the analysis of molecular pathways in diseased tissue to determine individualized and targeted treatment for patients.
