  Any tumor can produce endobronchial metastases but the most common are carcinomas of breast, colon, kidney and rectum as well as melanoma and sarcomas. Probably results from seeding via bronchial arteries.

  A subset of tumors shows atypical morphologic features that would be suggestive of ALT/WDL in soft tissue sites, including regions of fibrosis and scattered hyperchromatic stromal cells.
