Girl, 3 years. Fever, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly. Sepsis. Right pleural effusions. Right pneumopathy. Liver biopsy.
Diagnosis: Ductal plate malformation (congenital hepatic fibrosis) with bacterial surinfection and acute cholangitis

Boy, 8 year-old. Bone marrow allograft.
