EBV-associated gastric carcinoma

The presence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) have been detected in 12% of adenocarcinoma of the stomach by in situ hybridization assay targeting Epstein-Barr virus-encoded RNA 1 (EBER1) transcripts (8543306).
