asplenia
bilateral non-obstructive multicystic renal dysplasia (BNOMRD)
pancreatic dysplasia (pancreas enlarged, nodular and cystic)
biliary dysgenesis (portal fibrosis with bile duct proliferation in the liver)
asplenia or splenic hypoplasia
cardiac anomalies
