Nijmegen breakage syndrome

Nijmegen breakage syndrome derives from mutations of an ATM target gene, and shares with ataxia telangiectasia the features of radiosensitivity, cancer predisposition, and immunodeficiency.

Etiology

- germline mutations in the NBS1 gene
