Benign tumor of eccrine origin

Clinical
Usually multiple small discrete white or yellow papules (1-4 mm diameter) located upper cheeks, below eyelids, genitalia, and thighs.
known to occur in vulva
Plaquelike, milialike, linear, and eruptive variants.
Synopsis
microcystic adnexal tumors
commas, paisleys, tadpoles
cyst-like spaces are filled with amorphous material ( and not keratin )
