Definition : incidental finding of endocervical glands lined by large cuboidal or polygonal epithelial cells with dense, eosinophilic, focally vacuolated cytoplasm and variable nuclear enlargement, hyperchromatism, multiple lobes or multinucleation; no mitotic activity or stratification; benign behavior (Int J Gynecol Pathol 1997;16:99)
