Wednesday 29 March 2017
Basal plasmacytosis was defined as dense infiltrate of plasma cells around the deep part of the lamina propria or at the base of the crypts.
A localized infiltrate was indicative of focal basal plasmacytosis, whereas a multi-focal distribution represented a diffuse pattern.
