Synopsis
subcorneal pustules
spongiosis
similar to pustular psoriasis but may have rare dermal eosinophils
scattered epidermal neutrophils
papillary dermal edema
mixed dermal perivascular infiltrate, often associating eosinophils and neutrophils
+/- necrotic keratinocytes
Etiology
mifepristone-associated acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis
