- nuclear inclusions

cytoplasmic features or cytoplasmic anomalies
- eosinophilic cytoplasm
- basophilic cytoplasm
- vacuolar cytoplasm / cytoplasmic vacuoles : mucinous vacuoles , lipidic vacuoles
- cytoplasmic inclusions
- cytoplasmic clarification
some architectural features or architectural anomalies :
- tissular desorganization
- morular appearance
- 3D organization
- cohesive cells / cellular cohesion
