adenocarcinoma of the prostate with oncocytic cytoplasmic features
Very rare cases of adenocarcinoma of the prostate with oncocytic cytoplasmic features have been reported.
Electron microscopy has demonstrated numerous mitochondria in the cytoplasm. It is not known whether oncocytic cytoplasm has prognostic implications.
