pigmented-lipid histiocytosis (pigmented histiocytes)
- lipofuscin pigment in histiocytes
- clusters of hypertrophied and pigmented portal macrophages
- clusters of hypertrophied and pigmented Kupffer cells
- clusters of hypertrophied light tan coloured portal macropahges
palissading granulomas with central necrosis or central suppuration
- necrotizing granulomas
hepatic abscesses
lobular microabscesses
hepar lobatum-like cirrhosis
