Definition: Gynandroblastoma shows granulosa cell with well-formed Call-Exner body admixed with well-differentiated Sertoli cell tubules.
Synopsis
Mixed well-differentiated Sertoli cell and granulosa cell components
Pure steroid or Leydig cell tumors may also occur
- usually associated with steroid production effects
