acanthosis
Civatte bodies
cell necrosis in the basal layer
subepidermal mononuclear cell infiltrate
areas of separation of the basal layer from the dermal papillae
Late sclerotic stage
epidermal atrophy
thickened dermis
hyalinized collagen bundles extending into the subcutaneous tissue
