Definition: Remnant of Mullerian duct (or paramesonephric duct).

Testicular hydatid of Morgagni is attached to tunica albuginea at upper testicular pole. It is present in 90% of males.

Synopsis

- round/oval shape
- size: 1-10 mm
- pedunculated
- columnar epithelium with vascular fibrous core with smooth muscle cells
- glandular-like structures due to surface invaginations

Complications

- It may undergo hemorrhagic infarction from twisting on its pedicle.
