Molecular biology
TFEB-MALAT1 fusion gene by t(6;11)(p21;q13)
- MALAT1 is rearranged in renal tumors harboring the t(6;11)(p21;q13) translocation, and noncoding MALAT1 transcripts are overexpressed in a number of human carcinomas.
MALAT1-MHLB1 fusion in mesenchymal hamartoma of the liver (MHL)(17311249)
- MALAT1 gene at 11q13
- MHLB1 locus at 19q13.4
