Pathological synopsis
Vascular changes in small muscular arteries
- concentric intimal hyperplasia
- medial hyperplasia with luminal narrowing
- prominent myxoid change
- extravasated red blood cells
- some foamy histiocytes
- no evidence of thrombotic microangiopathy.
