MYOD1
Myogenin and MYOD1, myogenic transcriptional regulatory proteins expressed early in skeletal muscle differentiation, are considered sensitive and specific markers for rhabdomyosarcomas (RMSs) and are more specific than desmin and muscle-specific actin and more sensitive than myoglobin.
