Synopsis

- hepatic biliary ductopenia (paucity of intrahepatic bile ducts)

- renal anomalies

  • unilateral renal agenesis
  • subcortical renal cysts

- pancreatic anomalies

  • insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
  • pancreatic atrophy

Differential diagnosis

- Alagille syndrome
- renal-hepatic-pancreatic dysplasia (former Ivemark syndrome type 2)
