Definition: Communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformations (CBPFM) are a diverse group of potentially devastating congenital anomalies with anatomy that may be difficult to delineate.

Synopsis

- esophageal atresia (EA)
- tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF)
- tetralogy of Fallot (ToF)
- atretic left mainstem bronchus
- left unilobed lung arising from the esophagus
- DiGeorge syndrome
