Ebstein anomaly

 

Ebstein's anomaly is a congenital deformity of the tricuspid valve consisting mainly of leaflet malinsertion.

Clinical presentation varies from asymptomatic patients to those with congestive heart failure secondary to significant valvular regurgitation and low right ventricular output.
