-  pigmented spindle cell nevus (Reed nevus)

DERMAL MELANOCYTIC LESIONS (MELANOCYTOMAS):

-  Mongolian spot
-  nevus of Ota, nevus of Ito
-  blue nevus, cellular blue nevus
-  dermal melanocyte hamartoma
-  cutaneous neurocristic hamartoma

ATYPICAL MELANOCYTIC LESIONS:

-  dysplastic nevus (atypical nevus)

MALIGNANT MELANOCYTIC LESIONS:

-  malignant melanoma

-  squamo-melanocytic tumor
