Microscopical synopsis

-  patterns of growth: diffuse, myxoid and fascicular
-  neoplastic cells large, polygonal, with a slightly eosinophilic cytoplasm and oval or convoluted nuclei
-  neoplastic cells intermingled with small lymphocytes, plasma cells and a few bizarre multinucleated giant cells.
-  spindled tumoral cells (+/-)
