- cardiac malformation

- total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC)

  • infraccardiac TAPVC: subdiaphragmatic venous confluent, propbably in portal system

- heterotaxy

- medial liver
- right spleen
- right stomach (gastric inverse rotation)
- normal intestinal rotation
- normal mesentere
- right appendix
- normal colon with left sigmoid colon
