B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia

B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is a heterogeneous malignant disease, both in terms of molecular abnormalities and clinical course.

Cytogenetics

- tumoral deletions

  • deletion 13q
  • deletion 11q
  • deletion 17p

- trisomy 12

- all of anomalies are of prognostic significance
