- acute bronchopneumonia
- hemorrhagic bronchopneumonia
- pulmonary microabscesses
- pulmonary large cavities
- infectious vasculitis
- intramural gram-negative rods

- diffuse neutropenic pneumonitis

  • diffuse alveolar damage
  • extensive intra-alveolar fibrinous exudates
  • pulmonary hemorrhage

- bacteria without cellular reaction

- prolonged infections

  • focal areas of intra-alveolar organization
  • bronchiolitis obliterans
