scleroderma
Systemic sclerosis, also known as scleroderma, has three subtypes: diffuse cutaneous, limited cutaneous (CREST) and overlap.
Anti-centromere antibodies are associated with limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (CREST).
CREST is an acronym representing Calcinosis, Raynaud’s syndrome, Esophageal dysmotility, Sclerodactyly, and Telangiectasias.
