Synopsis
Distinct cutaneous plaque-like proliferation of fibroblasts and myofibroblasts
Fascicles of monomorphic spindle cells parallel to epidermis
Alpha smooth muscle actin + / SMA+
Negative stains : S100- , desmin- , factor XIIIa- , CD34-
Images
Superficial infiltrative plate-like growth. IHC only helpful in excluding other processes
