Interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma is an extremely rare neoplasm that mainly occurs in the lymph nodes.

Localization

- lymph nodes: nodal IDCS
- spleen (rare): splenic IDCS (11914634)
- testis (rare): testicular IDCS (10478677)

Microscopical synpopsis

- diffuse proliferation of large pleomorphic cells
- erythrophagocytosis
