NimbleChip HD2 microarrays can be used for Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) and ChIP-chip analysis of eukaryotic organisms.
NimbleChip HD2 arrays offer the opportunity to fully interrogate copy number variation, transcription factor binding, and chromatin structure.
