- solitary mass in non-cirrhotic liver
- bland hepatocytes
- 1-3 cells thick
- no mitosis
- absent Portal tracts and bile ducts
- +/- nuclear beta catenin (+) : high risk HCC ( hepatocellualr carcinoma )

- HNF1A-associated hepatocellular adenoma
- CTNNB1-associated hepatocellular adenoma
