- carbamezepine
- severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID)
- glycogenoses

  • type Ia glycogenosis
  • type III glycogenosis

- Hurler disease
- familial diabetes mellitus (bi-allelic inactivation of HNF1 (TCF1))
- beta-thalassemia
