Synopsis
crowded and smooth-contoured epithelial units exhibiting a fenestrated or cribriform pattern
+/- comedonecrosis
layer of myoepithelial cells demonstrated by immunostaining for p63 and actin, indicating absence of an invasive component.
Prognosis
good prognosis after local excision
