Grey zone lymphomas represent borderline lesions between classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and other morphologically and immunophenotypically related diseases and entities like nodular lymphocyte predominant HL (NLPHL), T-cell rich B-cell lymphoma (TCRBCL), ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) anaplastic variant and primary mediastinal LBCL.
Gray zone lymphomas (GZLs) have features transitional between classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) nodular sclerosis type (cHL-NS) and primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Types
mediastinal gray zone lymphoma
non-mediastinal gray zone lymphoma
Differential diagnosis (Exemples)
